HOW IT WORKS

Rather than supplying testosterone directly, enclomiphene works upstream — blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary. This interrupts estrogen's negative feedback signal, prompting the body to release more luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which in turn stimulates the testes to produce more of their own testosterone.
