Description
Composition Profile
Klow Blend
Multi-peptide research compound
GHK-Cu Copper-binding tripeptide Gly-His-Lys; typically the largest share by mass (e.g. 50 mg of an 80 mg vial)
BPC-157 Synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, a fragment derived from a gastric protective protein
TB-500 Synthetic fragment corresponding to Thymosin Beta-4, an actin-regulating peptide
KPV Tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val derived from the C-terminal sequence of alpha-MSH; the addition that distinguishes Klow from the base Glow blend
Typical form Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a multi-dose vial, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use
Vendor labeling Almost universally sold as "for laboratory / research use only, not for human consumption"
HOW IT WORKS

Klow carries the same three claimed mechanisms as Glow — collagen/skin signaling (GHK-Cu), soft-tissue and gastric repair (BPC-157), and cell migration/angiogenesis (TB-500) — plus a fourth: KPV is marketed for anti-inflammatory signaling via NF-κB and cytokine modulation, positioned as adding an "inflammation control" layer on top of the other three's repair mechanisms. As with Glow, these claims rest almost entirely on in vitro and animal studies, not human trials of the combined blend.

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Sold online through peptide/"research chemical" vendors, not pharmacies
  • Marketed as an extension/upgrade of the three-peptide Glow blend
  • Each individual component studied preclinically; the four-peptide combination itself is not
BEFORE YOU START
  • Differs from Glow by exactly one added peptide (KPV) — same base three-peptide backbone (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500)
  • KPV is the least-studied component of the four in human contexts, derived from a hormone fragment rather than a repair-signaling molecule like its blend-mates
  • Purity, dosing accuracy, and sterility vary by vendor and are not independently regulated the way pharmacy-dispensed drugs are
