GHK-Cu is one of the more extensively documented peptides in this atlas, with claims tied to modulation of a large fraction of the human genome relevant to tissue remodeling. It's studied for upregulating collagen, elastin, and antioxidant-defense pathways, and for anti-inflammatory activity via NF-κB and p38 MAPK inhibition — the mechanistic basis for its long history in cosmetic dermatology as well as newer wound-healing and hair-follicle research.
